Revenue and traffic from the Pinterest Android app will now appear under Pinterest instead of Direct, giving you a clearer view of performance for both traffic sources. This update applies only to data going forward. Reviewing Oct 2023—May 2026 You may see a shift in metrics between Direct and Pinterest. This reflects the corrected attribution. Reviewing May 2026 Onward You may see revenue shift from Direct to Pinterest. Your total revenue is not affected. Learn more about this update → New optional privacy pop-up for California visitors Recently, we’ve seen an increase in legal claims and regulatory scrutiny of how privacy disclosures are presented on publisher sites in California—specifically, how visible and prominent they are to visitors. To help navigate this, we’re introducing a new optional privacy pop-up available in your dashboard tomorrow, May 7. This provides more prominent notice than a footer banner and may be a good fit if you’re looking for a more conservative approach. We’ll continue to monitor changes around the regulatory space and keep you informed.
